Social media is buzzing about an acting clip of Gregory Oseloka Obi, the son of Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate Peter Obi.
This follows Festus Keyamo’s (SAN) challenge to Peter Obi to persuade his son Oseloka to organize a campaign march in Awka, Anambra state. Festus Keyamo is the spokesman for the All Progressive Congress (APC).
In response to a video of a protest organized by Seyi Tinubu, son of APC presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Keyamo made this appeal in a tweet on Saturday.
“Lagos Walk coordinated by @STinubu in a well-structured Lagos State,” he stated in his message.
This is an open challenge to Peter Obi to either give in or allow his son to stage a similar walk in Awka, Anambra State, where he served as governor for eight years, within the next week, especially on a Monday!
Tweeps responded to the challenge by finding a video showing Peter Obi’s son Oseloka’s job and said that he has no time for such tasks.
Oseloka, who appeared to be a Hollywood actor, was portrayed in the movie Avenue 5 in the clip.
Nigerians have reacted strongly to the video on social media, praising the politician’s son for being self-reliant, pursuing his goals, and not luxuriating in the success of his father.
Festus was challenging @PeterObi’s son to plan a rally in Anambra on Monday, according to chiddybankz, “like being a former Governor’s son is a career.”
